Common Questions
What should I prepare for my first telehealth visit?
Ensure you have a stable internet connection, a private space, and any relevant medical history or current medications ready to discuss with your provider. After booking an appointment, you will be sent an electronic invitation to create a patient account through our EHR system (CharmHealth) and complete necessary forms thru a HIPPA compliant patient portal.
How long are the appointments typically?
General Visits can last up to 30 minutes to ensure a complete overview, while Quick Visits are typically less than 30 minutes. A Comprehensive Wellness Consultation is a longer visit (up to 60+ minutes) and focuses on a deeper, root-cause evaluation of your health, lifestyle, and long-term wellness goals.
Do you accept insurance for these services?
We operate as a transparent, direct-pay clinic to ensure the highest quality of care. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
How does virtual medication management work?
After your consultation, prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy, or thru our alternative compounding pharmacy affiliates. We monitor your progress through regular virtual check-ins and lab work as needed.
